"Bring back their leader, the one that everyone follows".
A far-off planet named Zmed, inhabited by a dumb-stricken race, sends some scouts to Earth to bring back a leader that can govern over them, and teach them new things. However, the first thing seen when traveling to Earth is an escaping dog from the pound, being followed by a group of catchers and civilians.
Doing what they were told, they snatch up the dog, and bring him back to their planet. The dog, now aptly named Leader, sets out in teaching them canine principals, like eating dog-food, drooling, and even more nastieness I'd rather not mention.
