The children call each individual Boobah - Humbah, Jingbah, Jumbah, Zing Zing Zingbah and Zumbah - to attention, initiating the characters' simple exercise routine and inviting viewers to follow along. A Storyworld segment follows, featuring a Storypuzzle that the Storypeople - Grandmamma, Grandpappa, Mrs. Lady, Mr. Man, Brother , Sister, Auntie and Little Dog Fido - must solve.
