This was a segment on the "Heyyyy It's the King" show. This show was about an Elephant who worked for a detective agency and tried to use disguises which never seemed to work all that well, since his outfits looked like the ones ordered from the backs of comic books. Plus his partner, Loud Mouse, would always give away the situation to the villain when they were staking out the villain.
