This show is about a world beneath the crust of the Earth. Spartakus is one of the people that live beneath the surface. He is the only one that can save his people. Two humans fall through a crack in the Earth and into his world. They meet Spartakus and try to help him. The bad guys are pirates that live on an inflatable island. Believe it or not, the theme song was done by Menudo.
